1. Double click the USA installer icon.
2. Allow the program to execute.
3. When the installer shows up click Next.
4. Select the I accept the terms in the license agreement of the license box and click Next.
5. Click Next on the readme screen.
6. Enter your user name and organization name and then click Next.
7. Click Next at the install directory screen.
8. Select Typical, and click Next.
9. Click Install.
10. When the software is finished installing click Finish.
11.On the desktop, right-click the USA icon and select Properties at the bottom of the drop-down menu
12. At the top of the properties dialog box, select the Compatibility tab.
13. At the bottom, select the Run this program as an administrator box.
14. Click the Show settings for all users button.
15. Click Continue.
16. At the bottom, select the Run this program as an administrator box.
17. Click OK.
18. Click OK.
19. Double Click the desktop icon and follow the on-screen instructions.
