Why am I getting this message when I am trying to Activate
my software?
You will get this message due to any one of the following reasons.
1. You are not entering the Order Number and Activation Key correctly.
Please check your Order Number and Activation Key and enter them again
correctly. The Order Number and Activation Key are case sensitive. Everything
should be in upper case.
2. Make sure that you have the Activation Key for the Install Code which
was generated from the same computer where you are trying to activate
the software.
3.If the order number is for a different product then you will get this
message. For example, if your order number is for FlaCom and you are trying
to activate FlaRes then you will get this error message.
4.You will get this message if there is a version mismatch. Upgrade your
software to the latest version by applying the free patches which are
available for download.After upgrading, activate your software using the
same key which has been already generated. |
